At Coco Village, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
